encourages employees to “innovate”. We have not downsized our
workforce in over 25 years. Our turnover rate is almost
non-existent.
Technology
Staying the forefront of technology
is paramount to offering our customers a valuable product. State
of the art 3D Cad/Cam systems, reverse engineering equipment,
modern production and quality control equipment are continuously
assessed for updating.
Artistic Appeal
Although it is possible to
design any model today with computer technology, not all models
should be produced using a computer. We still strongly
employ old world sculpting techniques in conjunction with modern
Cad/Cam technology.
Financial Strength= Longevity
Financial strength is important to
instill customers’ confidence that their supplier will be there
for them in the future. Micelli Choc. Mold Company has
continuously experienced increased growth and reduced relative
costs. We are virtually debt free, we fund our small equipment
purchases with earnings and have an A++ rating for any long-term
loans required for large capital investments. All of our real
estate is owned debt free.
