Joseph
Micelli Sr.-

Founded the company with his son, Ned. He
devoted his life to the success of the company. Starting
as a welder, his life experiences included working for
the US Navy during WWII building battle ships including
the USS Wisconsin. Joseph was hand crafting molds up
until about a week before he passed away. |

Over
55 years in the mold business - need we say more – Ned
founded the company with his Father Joseph Sr. and
worked almost every function of the business from
foundry work to accounting with his own hands. At age
75, Ned is still active almost daily as an advisor to
the company in business and technical matters. On any
given day you can still find Ned in the factory trying
to improve or better organize some part of the plant.
Ned has no intention of retiring. |

Over 25 years in chocolate molds starting as a hands on machinist,
continuing on to a tool & die maker/ designer & foundry expert. Joe has
developed several novel foundry methods, and personally built his own
equipment to make his designs a reality. Joe has spent the last 15 +
years mastering injection molding technology. |

Over 15 years in the chocolate mold industry. He started as a hands on
machinist while completing his Mechanical engineering degree, John
worked through all departments of the company for several years and
introduced computer technology to the company. He went on to master CNC
machining and tool & die design. John also recently completed his
Masters degree in business. |
